COLUMBUS—Columbus Metropolitan Library (CML) will host a Hair Resource Fair this weekend in partnership with Barbershop Books.

CML celebrates central Ohio’s diverse cultures to foster understanding and connection. Hair, symbolizing identity, is at the heart of this event and celebration. Highlights of this program include:
- Limited free haircuts and styles for kids
- A meet-and-greet with local author Damon Mosley
- A hair-themed Storytime
- Free resources
- Limited food and refreshments
- A historical look back at Black-owned hair supply companies in Columbus
- Raffles for gift cards and swag bags
