You can apply for a library card online or in person at any one of our 23 locations. If you apply online and provide an email address, we’ll email your library card number within 2-4 days. Once you receive it, your card number can be used immediately. When you receive your physical card in the mail, stop in any location to activate it. You can also use our Curbside Pickup service to activate – just call the number on the sign when you arrive at your location.
With your card, you can reserve books to pick up at any location; check out books, music, movies and hotspots; use a computer; print, copy, fax and scan; download and stream eBooks, eAudiobooks, movies and music, plus access free online tools and resources.
All applicants must be residents of Ohio.
