Carnegie Author Series returns for its fifth year

COLUMBUS—Columbus Metropolitan Library (CML) is announcing the lineup of its 2021 Carnegie Author Series.

While CML hopes to hold events in-person at Main Library by June, all events could change to virtual events depending on public health needs.

All programs are free and open to all. If the program is held virtually, CML will share registration and login details in the weeks prior. If the program is held in person, free tickets will become available in the weeks prior. Parking is free in Main Library’s garage.

The Carnegie Author Series is sponsored by NBC4.

Note: Headshots of each author are available upon request.

Columbus Metropolitan Library has served the people of Franklin County, Ohio since 1873. With its Main Library and 22 branches, CML is well known for signature services and programs like School Help, Reading Buddies, Summer Reading Challenge and Ready for Kindergarten. The library’s Strategic Plan supports the vision of “a thriving community where wisdom prevails,” which positions CML to respond to areas of urgent need: kids unprepared for kindergarten, third grade reading proficiency, high school graduation, college and career readiness and employment resources.
