COLUMBUS—As thousands of central Ohio children and teens return to school this month, Columbus Metropolitan Library’s (CML) School Help Centers reopen at 22 of its 23 locations. Starting Monday, Aug. 22, K-12 students will once again have a free place to get help with their schoolwork from friendly staff and volunteers.
Formerly known as Homework Help Centers, School Help Centers offer students access to welcoming spaces to study and learn, as well as computers, printers, digital research tools and CML’s catalog, including eBooks.
See below for specific hours at each library location. Service hours reflect differences in school dismissal times among the 10 districts CML serves (Canal Winchester Local, Columbus City, Dublin City, Gahanna-Jefferson Public, Groveport Madison Local, Hamilton Local, Hilliard City, New Albany-Plain Local, Reynoldsburg City and Whitehall City).
