Tim Frommeyer appointed to Columbus Metropolitan Library Board of Trustees

COLUMBUS—The judges of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas have appointed Tim Frommeyer, senior vice president and chief financial officer for Nationwide Financial, to the Columbus Metropolitan Library (CML) Board of Trustees. He will serve out the remainder of Steve Rasmussen’s second seven-year term – ending in 2019. Rasmussen, CEO of Nationwide, leaves the Board after nine years of service.

Frommeyer joined Nationwide in 1986 after graduating from Xavier University. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

CML’s seven-member Board of Trustees is responsible for guiding major decisions about library strategies and operations. This includes everything from capital projects to the customer code of conduct.

Frommeyer’s term runs through Dec. 31, 2019.
