What is the Job Help Center?
Job Help Centers are designated spaces in all 21 locations of the Columbus Metropolitan Library that are dedicated to helping the people of central Ohio find jobs. Customers can use our computers, Internet access and other online resources in their job search. Our helpful staff and volunteers are prepared to assist customers one-on-one with application processes or customers can attend classes to learn basic e-mail training, online job applications and job searching, resume help, basic computer training, and Internet searching. The service is completely free!

Do you need help preparing for your next job interview? Join us for a free Effective Interviewing workshop. Learn how to prepare for an interview, discuss different types of interview questions, and develop effective answers based on your accomplishments. The workshop is conducted by a staff member or volunteer from the New Directions Career Center.
