In conjunction with our new gallery show Art by Central Ohio Teachers presented by Exhibit ® and Friends of the Library, which opens tonight, we wanted to recommend some great art books that you can find in our collection! The show runs from Nov. 5 to Dec. 18. at Main Library. There is an Opening Reception tonight, November 5 from 5-7 p.m. in Main Library’s Carnegie Gallery (2nd floor). > Full Story
OOVAR show at Main Library through January 3 Visit the OOVAR (Ohio Online Visual Artist Registry) show November 9, 2009 through January 3, 2010 and attend a reception on Saturday, December 12 from 2-3:30 p.m. The reception is catered and the winners of the Juror’s Choice and the People’s Choice will be presented with awards.
