About the Building
The current building was dedicated in January of 1996. The interior has incorporated many architectural features from the former State Hospital which was located in the Hilltop area.

Hilltop Branch hosts a number of storytimes each week as well as other programs throughout the year. In the past such programs have included Spanish language storytimes, adult basic literacy classes, English classes for speakers of other languages and a Teen Advisory Board.
