Biography: "Thomas Holzer was born in Colone, Germany where he began his studies of Fine Art at the Cologne Kunsthockschule. He later came to America to study at the famed Pilchuck School in 1984. Holzer spent many years living and working in Boulder, Colorado and Taos, New Mexico. He has since moved to Maui, Hawaii. For Thomas Holzer, one mode of expression is not enough. Glass designer and mosaicist he is pursuing his freest medium yet mixed media paintings on board."
