He received his Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture from Syracuse University in 1973. He has taught at Case Western Reserve, Syracuse University and The Columbus College of Art and Design since 1973, where he continues to teach today. Herndon has exhibited his sculptures in a number of locations including the Gilman Gallery in Chicago, the William E. Tolley Gallery in Washington, DC. and the Brenda Kroos Gallery in Columbus. His work belongs in the permanent collections of the Columbus Museum of Art, the Cleveland Art Association, and Price Waterhouse, in addition to numerous private collections. Herndon constructed a personal studio on Kelleys Island in 1980, where he continues to create and exhibit his sculptures. (CML) Mediums: SCULPTURE > STONE Works:
