Carol Snowden: Her legacy benefits Whitehall Branch

Carol Snowden
Carol Snowden believed in the power of public libraries to transform the lives of children. Her $750,000 planned gift to the library was used to build a signature children and teens’ space for youth to gather and learn. She was a dedicated children’s librarian who inspired reading in our youngest customers and is fondly remembered by Whitehall residents. We are thrilled to honor Carol’s memory and the Whitehall community with this new branch.
