We’re building a new
Parsons Branch

Exciting news! First, CML’s Board of Trustees approved the architect, Moody∙Nolan, to begin working on the design of the new Parsons Branch. Now, we've purchased the land where our new branch will be built along Parsons Avenue between Stewart and Deshler avenues. We expect to break ground on the project in late 2014.

Built in 1956, our Parsons Branch is outdated and the community has outgrown it. It’s part of our building program to renovate or rebuild 10 library locations to better meet our customers’ needs.

We’ll keep you updated here on our progress.

The expanded Parsons Branch will have:

• 20,400 square feet of space
  (it currently has 7,599)
• More parking spaces
• A larger Homework Help Center
