Columbus Landmarks Foundation is partnering with Columbus Public Health to offer free guided tours of Columbus Art Walk sites and districts summer through fall. This special program is made possible, in part, by the Ohio Humanities Council, a state affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities. Join in conversations during these free, hour-long guided tours led by expert guides. Whether you live up the street or are visiting from another city, take a walk while taking in local culture. Every pup is a champion as dogs of all types and sizes take over Fryer Park. This event features rescue organizations, pet-care groups and vendors sharing information and selling materials to benefit pets. Visitors may even meet a new addition for the family.

The 2013 Columbus Arts Festival presented by Time Warner Cable will take place at the downtown riverfront. The riverfront will be transformed into a stunning outdoor art gallery as the nation's top artists display their work and attract art enthusiasts from all over the country. In addition to hosting more than 230 nationally acclaimed artists, the festival will feature fantastic gourmet fare from some of the city's finest local restaurants, live music, hands-on art activities and more. There's something for everyone!

2013 will be the 10th year for the Midwest Haunters Convention. Convention participants are comprised of haunt producers, actors, makeup artists, scene builders and home haunters. We'll be providing over 25 classroom seminars, up to 100 vendor spaces and several special events. We're bringing back the Monster Make-up Wars, The Body Art Fashion Show and the Ms Midwest Scary Pageant. Additional unique events include a Scary-Oke show, Masquerade ball and tours of haunted attractions. The exhibitor trade show is only $5 admission and registration is available on site.

The Greater Columbus Arts Council and the Columbus Arts Festival are once again hosting the Big Local Arts Tent, providing an opportunity for Columbus' independent artist organizations to showcase the art of their members. Last year, the Big Local Arts tent was very well received by the community and served as a wonderful opportunity for local artists to gain recognition for, and sell, their work.

June 6-9, 2013 / Funny Bone Comedy Club
Fans of the hit Comedy Central series "Workaholics" instantly recognize Erik Griffin as the show's iconic series regular Montez. Erik also tours the country headlining popular comedy clubs and colleges every weekend. His debut comedy album, Technical Foul: Volume One, will be released this March. His Comedy Central Presents Half-Hour Stand-Up Special will premiere this year. Erik is a first generation American-born comedian/actor who made the decision in 2003 to quit his job and plunge headlong into making comedy his full-time occupation.

Stop and smell the roses during a rose-filled day of educational and artistic exhibits featuring 12,000 roses in peak bloom at the Park of Roses. Experience the color and fragrance of 425 varieties of roses in full bloom as you stroll through 13 acres of garden beds. Consult with rosarians and horticulturists to answer your questions on the care of roses, perennials and herbs. Watch painters capturing the beauty of the gardens, and enjoy the soothing sounds of dulcimer, flute, guitar music and a capella voices.

PBJ & Jazz concerts are 1-hour long interactive concerts designed to introduce jazz and American music to young children and their families. Featuring some of Columbus' finest musicians and ensembles, PBJ & Jazz concerts are hosted by former Columbus Music Hall owner and retired music educator Rebecca Ogden and are a great introduction to live music for the youngest audience member. Children receive a peanut butter & jelly sandwich, juice and a cookie.
